It is Great to be a UCF Knight!!!!!!

 I am so excited to announce that after many years of hard work I was accepted to University of Central Florida!  I have entered the College of Hospitality Management as an Event Management major and am LOVING IT!!!!!  My professors are incredible, the campus is beautiful and my classes are awesome! I look forward to these next few semesters in finally working towards something I truly care about! Stay tuned for more fun and excited updates as I go through this exciting journey!

WHO WANTS CAKE?!?!?!?

Baking has been a passion of mine for years. It all began when I started baking cookies with my mom and grandmother. After getting away from baking for years I decided to dive back into the world of baking. I first started with my boyfriend's birthday cake and have gone crazy from there. Here are just a few of the many desserts I have made throughout the past couple of years. Enjoy! Oh and by the way.... WHO WANTS CAKE? ;-)
